Alina Klimenko
1 CourseBiography
Hi! My name is Alina Klimenko, and I’m a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with the Association for Nutrition (UK).
I graduated with a BSc in Nutrition (First-Class Honours) from the University of Reading, where my studies focused on sports, health, and performance nutrition.
Professional Experience
Before becoming a nutritionist, I trained in rhythmic gymnastics, which gave me a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands athletes face. This experience shaped my approach – combining scientific knowledge with empathy and real-life practicality.
I’m passionate about helping gymnasts and young athletes build a balanced, confident relationship with food. My goal is to show that proper nutrition isn’t about restriction, but about fuelling your body to perform, recover, and grow stronger every day.
