About Course
This course is designed to help gymnasts understand how to fuel their bodies for stronger performance, better recovery, and overall health. Taught by Alina Klimenko, a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) and former rhythmic gymnast. The lessons combine scientific knowledge with practical, athlete-friendly advice.
Alina’s background in both elite sport and nutrition allows her to explain food in a way young athletes truly understand — supportive, realistic, and focused on long-term confidence rather than restriction.
