In this Masterclass, Asian Champion Aibota Yertaikyzy reveals her secrets behind world-class performance. Aibota will show exercises and techniques to improve your Panche Balance and Pirouette, Body Conditioning, Flexibility, and Stretching.
The masterclass contains two lessons:
- Ballet Barre Exercises
You’ll learn a variety of exercises using a Ballet Barre to strengthen your legs and back while improving flexibility and amplitude. These exercises focus on stretching key muscle groups, include active stretching and enhance your range of motions. These techniques are designed to prepare your body for difficult elements and help you achieve greater precision in your performance.
- Preparation Exercises for Panche Pirouette & Balance
In this class, you’ll learn effective techniques to achieve the ideal shape of the Panche element. Aibota will guide you through insights on how to prepare and strengthen your body, improve your balance and stability, and execute many turns with confidence.
At the end of the video lessons, you will receive a certificate of completion of the masterclass, signed by Aibota.
