Core strength is the foundation of every gymnast’s success, supporting powerful movements, precise balances, and safe flexibility work. In this 30-minute follow-along video class, Polina Khonina, International Master of Sports and elite-level gymnast, will guide you through a targeted core workout designed specifically for gymnasts.

This class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced gymnasts. By following Polina’s clear instructions and demonstrations, you’ll improve your core strength, which:

  • Enhances your ability to perform advanced elements with better control.
  • Helps prevent injuries by strengthening the muscles that support your spine.
  • Balances flexibility training, making deep backbends and other flexibility exercises safer.
