About Course
This intermediate ballet course is designed specifically for rhythmic gymnasts and follows the technical and artistic requirements of the current Olympic cycle. The program is led by Ildar Kolesyanov, National Team Choreographer of Uzbekistan and an internationally recognized ballet specialist in rhythmic gymnastics.
The class is suitable for junior and senior gymnasts, group teams, and coaches who are looking for a ready-to-use, structured ballet lesson adapted to RG training. It combines classical ballet technique with rhythmic gymnastics body elements to support correct execution, clean lines, and high-quality movement.
The course focuses on improving ballet technique, body difficulties, and the development of long, lean, and well-pointed legs, while strengthening posture, coordination, and musicality.
You will work through 8 classical ballet barre combinations, adapted for intermediate-level rhythmic gymnasts.

16 video lessons (8 combinations)
- 1 slow explanation video for each combination
- 1 full combination performed with music
